term to describe the quality of a particular voiceover. A delivery may
be considered Amateur, Announcer or Professional. A Professional Voiceover
delivery is definable by the effectiveness of its delivery and understanding
of the genre. Many radio announcers are typically not considered professional
voiceover, pertaining to commercial work, due to their "FM Announcer"
delivery. A professional voice actor may specialize in a certain genre
rather than perform for all forms of voiceover. A professional Voice
actor is considered an expert in their industry and have knowledge of
studio etiquette, mic techniques and delivery styles. A professional
voice can make the difference between a quality narrated product and
an amateur production.
